Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • The estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or customs clearance (for international orders).

  • We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage with the courier at the time of receipt.

  • Lost or missing shipments will be investigated with the carrier.


International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select countries. Availability and shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.

  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
